Responsibilities

• Plan work on assigned audits and document key processes and controls.
• Assist in risk assessment and audit program development.
• Prepare concise audit work papers with scope and conclusions.
• Explain audit procedures clearly in work papers.
• Present irregularities with proposed dispositions.
• Document exceptions to policies and internal control weaknesses.
• Assist external auditors during annual review.
• Perform special projects under management direction.
• Evaluate procedures during testing for efficiency or effectiveness.
