The role offers a clear path for advancement toward Senior Auditor, with CPA licensure encouraged and firm-supported CPA review options. Travel to client sites is required as part of the on-site work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 0-2 years of public accounting or audit experience (internships included).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement components.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform audit procedures including substantive testing, internal control evaluations, and analytical reviews.
• Assist in risk assessments and planning phases of audit engagements.
• Prepare clear and organized workpapers that support audit conclusions and comply with firm standards.
• Draft financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and clarify documentation.
• Collaborate with audit seniors and managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of engagements.
• Identify and document audit findings and assist in developing recommendations.
• Participate in firm training programs and pursue continuing professional education (CPE).
