Grayson Search Partners client is a growing CPA firm specializing in community associations, including condominiums and HOAs. A full-time Staff Auditor with at least two years of accounting experience will work on audits, tax filings, and general accounting assignments, interfacing with managers, clients, and board members.

You'll engage in training programs, maintain precise records, and help deliver accurate financial statements across multiple client accounts in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting.
• Two or more years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and fundamental accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit engagements and board election tabulations.
• Provide specialized assistance with client accounting projects as needed.
• Collaborate with internal team members and client contacts.
• Participate in formal and on-the-job training programs.
• Maintain accurate, organized records across multiple client accounts.
