Fortell is seeking a Staff Audiologist for its Greenwich, CT clinic to conduct diagnostic testing, provide clear consultations, and fit and program hearing aids for adults. You will lead clinic operations, manage inventory and scheduling, and drive customer satisfaction and outcomes.

The role requires an active CT Audiology License, 3+ years dispensing hearing aids, and weekday availability with occasional weekend coverage. Proven sales acumen and empathetic patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Audiology License.
• 3+ years of dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adults.
• Weekday availability with at least one weekend per month.
• Proficiency with hearing aid software, CRMs, and customer platforms; strong sales acumen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiological testing.
• Provide personalized consultations explaining results clearly.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids for comfort.
• Lead clinic operations including inventory, scheduling, and workflows.
• Meet KPIs related to conversions, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Document client interactions accurately and educate families.
