Job summary

Responsibilities

• Represents DCYF in court and administrative hearings, including DHHS appeals.
• Assists CPSWs in case preparation for litigation and case reviews.
• Liaises with DHHS staff, outside attorneys, law enforcement and judges.
• Provides ongoing legal consultation and training to DCYF staff.
