This fully remote position is for a Staff Attorney.
Summary of Position
Staff Attorneys at Jackson Lewis, P.C. are exempt attorneys employed to exercise their legal judgment to handle various duties in connection with the pre-litigation matters including demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges. Staff Attorneys are a non-Principal track position.

Where applicable: The salary range for this position applies to our Washington and Oregon offices and reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. The expected salary range for this position is $155,000-$185,000. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
