Job Title: Talent Attraction Specialist @ LHH | Matchmaker, Strategist, Advocate

LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Attorney to support our reputable client's team across various states. This is a contract role with the opportunity to work fully remote.

What You'll Do

1. Draft, review, and finalize syndicated credit agreements to ensure compliance with legal standards and client requirements.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring all parties' interests are represented and protected.
3. Complete loan review checklists provided by banks where the bank is a lender in the syndicate, rather than the Administrative Agent.
4. Ensure all checklist items are accurately addressed, identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues during the review process.
5. Apply knowledge of market standards and LSTA guidelines to syndicated credit agreements.
6. Ensure compliance with cross-border provisions, addressing legal complexities in international transactions.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed legal advice and maintain best practices.

Who You Are

• Licensed in your state of residency.
• At least three years of experience with commercial finance.
• Comfortable working remotely on a contract basis.
