• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage the development of architectural design and project drawings.

We are seeking a Staff Designer to join our White Plains, NY team. H2M's Education & Learning Architecture group offers the opportunity to work on real-world residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Staff Designer responsible for architectural CAD production and document coordination. Working alongside a diverse design team, you will solve problems, coordinate design details, and support project efforts from schematic design through construction documentation. You'll work in a first-class office environment using cutting-edge CAD, Revit, and BIM tools, with opportunities to visit client project sites as part of the design process.

The annual salary for this role is $64,000 to $80,000.
