To effectively navigate this increased scope of managing projects for our internal divisions, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Enterprise Architect to join the Enterprise Architecture team within the Architecture and Standards Group (A&S) of our Global Technology & Operations organization.
Job Overview :
The Staff Enterprise Architect (EA) will be responsible for closely partnering with IQVIA Business Unit teams to understand business OKRs, help shape technology strategy aligned with enterprise standards, and co-lead the design of high-level system architectures to deliver business outcomes. The EA will promote reusability, address technical debt, and mitigate the proliferation of technology components and services by championing “the IQVIA way” within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience envisioning and contributing to the technology roadmap and IT strategy, a deep understanding of software architecture principles, and a strong background in large, global, and complex technology ecosystems.

The potential base pay range for this role is $116,900 - $217,100 annually, with additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits depending on qualifications and location.
