Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a Staff Appraiser in Memphis, TN to perform traditional, hybrid, and desktop residential appraisals with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Active CR/CG licensed appraisers with 3+ years of experience are encouraged to apply; FHA approval is a plus. You’ll work with a supportive team, benefiting from steady order volume and advanced appraisal technology.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license in good standing.
• FHA approval preferred.
• Minimum of three years of residential appraisal experience.
• Ability to work independently and make sound valuation decisions.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and residential property trends.
• Proven ability to meet performance expectations while maintaining consistent communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential property appraisals, including traditional, hybrid, and desktop assignments.
• Ensure compliance with USPAP requirements and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Collect, verify, and analyze market and property data.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production and service goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Provide timely status updates and maintain clear communication.
• Participate in required training sessions and virtual meetings.
