Job summary

Class Valuation in Raleigh, NC, is hiring a Staff Appraiser to handle traditional, hybrid, and desktop residential appraisals. The role emphasizes USPAP compliance, data verification, and timely communication with clients.

You will join a growing nationwide AMC with strong support and education resources. The position offers remote and in-office flexibility, a generous PTO plan, 401(k) with company match, health and dental benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
• Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties.
• Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required
