Job summary

Class Valuation, located in Indiana, is seeking a Staff Appraiser to join as a W2 employee, delivering high-quality residential appraisals across Indianapolis and Marion County. You will work with reliable order volume and cutting-edge technology to streamline production while maintaining USPAP compliance.

Requirements include a Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing, FHA preferred, and at least 3 years of residential appraisal experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
• Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties.
• Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required
