Class Valuation, a leading nationwide AMC, invites certified residential appraisers in Texas to join as a Staff Appraiser on a W2 basis. You will handle traditional, hybrid, and desktop appraisals with reliable monthly orders and support from our back office.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
• Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties.
• Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain communication with management.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
