Job summary

Velox Valuations Wiregrass Coast is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join our team serving Jackson, Holmes, Washington, and Calhoun counties. You’ll work with Velox Valuations’ technology to deliver residential appraisal services while enjoying the freedom to set your own schedule and choose assignments.

We offer bi-weekly pay, incentives, and comprehensive support. Requirements include active Certified Residential Appraiser status, strong communication and time

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser with state license.
• Willingness to embrace modern collaborative valuations.
• Motivated self-starter with high energy and results focus.
• Strong communication with attention to detail.
• Geographic competency in Jackson, Holmes, Washington, Calhoun counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology.
• Set schedules, choose assignments, and meet production goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with franchise system for support and best practices.
• Inspect properties as needed and ensure timely reporting.
