You’ll provide top-notch residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ advanced technology and techniques while enjoying the same freedoms and flexibility you have today.

As part of Velox Valuations, you’ll set your own schedules, choose assignments, and set production goals, with supportive collaboration and ongoing knowledge sharing within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser required.
• Ability to complete physical property inspections.
• Geographic competency in real estate trends.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• No current or pending disciplinary actions.
