Job summary

Velox Valuations Wiregrass Coast, a Velox Valuations franchise, is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to deliver residential appraisal services with advanced technology. You will set your own schedule, choose assignments, and aim for production goals while receiving one‑on‑one support and knowledge sharing within the franchise system.

Requirements

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser
• Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations
• Motivated Self‑starter with high energy
• Efficient time management & results driven
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Geographic competency in real estate trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
• Ability to complete physical property inspections
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions
• Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
