You will design, train, and evaluate advanced models, ensuring explainability, robustness, and production readiness. Collaboration and rigorous experimentation are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of industrial ML/NLP experience.
• Deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, etc.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Strong Python programming ability.

Responsibilities

• Research and build cutting-edge ML models for GenAI applications.
• Evaluate and iterate model performance using robust benchmarks.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior scientists and promote reproducible ML workflows.
• Embed evaluation-driven development and monitoring into production.
