Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Staff Applied Scientist to advance the training and deployment of large-scale, multimodal generative models. You will work on 3D content workflows, synthetic data pipelines, and production-ready implementations using Python and PyTorch across Adobe products.

You'll collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate research into scalable applications, while focusing on model quality, safety, and efficiency for millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS with 8+ years industry experience in relevant fields.
• Extensive practical experience in large-scale generative AI training for image/video.
• Experience with diffusion models, transformers or similar architectures.
• Strong 3D content system knowledge: meshes, textures, lighting, animation.

Responsibilities

• Build novel generative models and pipelines for 3D and 4D content.
• Create agentic workflows to manipulate, annotate, and refine content.
• Develop large-scale synthetic data pipelines using rendering engines.
• Advance conditional generation and editing with high visual quality.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams cross-functionally.
