Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on experience in ML, data science, search relevance, or ranking.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for AI/LLM systems across products.
• Architect retrieval, orchestration, agentic, and evaluation systems for production.
• Set AI safety, observability, and responsible rollout standards in regulated contexts.
• Mentor Junior engineers into strong AI engineers.
• Evaluate models and tools and bring the right ones into the team.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services.
• Build pipelines to ingest, process, and manage structured and unstructured data.
• Design data models and storage for scalable, high-performance apps.
• Develop reusable components for data processing and feature generation.
