Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with one or more ML areas (speech/audio, RL, ML infra)
• 5 years of ML design and ML infra (deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine-tuning)
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and 3 years with software design/architecture.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end ML systems that power Android agent.
• Translate user needs into well-defined ML problems and solutions.
• Architect robust data pipelines for large datasets used for training/fine-tuning.
• Lead development, training, and improvement of ML models with focus on on-device performance and privacy.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure model quality, ensuring reliable AI features.
