Qualifications

• 7+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI.
• Deep expertise with dbt, Snowflake, and advanced SQL.
• Experience building trusted metrics and semantic layers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mentor teammates and elevate engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve the modern analytics platform.
• Establish data modeling standards and review designs.
• Mentor teammates and influence analytics direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance and Leadership.
• Ensure data quality, testing, and observability.
