Qualificações

• Expert-level analog circuit design including amplifiers, filters, and data converters.
• Advanced expertise in designing and integrating analog/digital circuits in mixed-signal environments.
• Develop innovative circuit architectures balancing performance with constraints.
• Simulation with SPICE, MATLAB, and Cadence for validation across conditions.
• Deep knowledge of IC layout considerations and guiding layout engineers.
• Comprehensive CMOS design principles and architectural tradeoffs.
• ADC/DAC design principles with optimization of key parameters.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership: Lead architecture development for analog/mixed-signal ICs.
• Design & Development: Create analog/mixed-signal ICs including sensor interfaces and data converters.
• Circuit Design & Simulation: Block- and transistor-level design, simulate across variations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product definers, verification, process, test, and application engineers.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer: Guide junior engineers and review their work.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Develop new theories and architectures for design challenges.
• Project Planning & Management: Contribute to proposals, staffing, budgeting.
