Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking an Analog Design Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to help design high-performance analog and mixed-signal IP. You will own block-level design while pairing with senior engineers on architecture and system integration.

The role offers growth into full ownership including silicon validation and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. A strong fundamentals background and CMOs experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Solid fundamentals in analog/mixed-signal design and verification.
• Ability to analyze and debug transistor-level circuits across conditions.
• Experience with CMOS design and industry EDA tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork capabilities.
• Exposure to Python, MATLAB or similar scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog/mixed-signal IP blocks (op-amps, data converters, bandgap refs).
• Perform transistor-level schematic design, simulation, and verification.
• Collaborate on architecture discussions and design tradeoffs with seniors.
• Analyze performance across PVT, Monte Carlo, and noise considerations.
• Work with layout teams for parasitic-aware design and closure.
• Contribute to reviews, validation planning, and silicon bring-up.
