Summary of Role

As a SMTS for Systems Architect, Analog ASSP, you will serve as the technical leader and chief architect for strategic Analog ASSP product families. You will define long-term product and technology strategy, drive system architecture decisions across multiple product generations, and lead cross-functional engineering teams in developing differentiated semiconductor solutions. This role requires deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal system architecture, strong customer and market engagement, and the ability to influence technical direction across business units, development sites, and external ecosystems. You will act as a recognized authority within the company, shaping product roadmaps and advancing GF’s Analog ASSP portfolio through technical innovation and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor systems.
• Strong background in power management, sensing, signal conditioning, and data conversion.
• Technology roadmap development and strategic product definition.
• Proven technical leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
• Customer-facing architecture leadership and executive-level communication.
• Demonstrated innovation, IP generation, and influence without authority.
• Fluent in English.

Expected Salary Range

$153,000.00 - $265,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
