Job summary

The Chamberlain Group is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to architect and build LLM-based agents that integrate with real-world tools and APIs. You will lead the design of agentic systems with memory, reasoning, and orchestration across LangChain, LangGraph, CAMEL, and related frameworks, driving scalable production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and AI research teams to ensure robust delivery, high quality, and maintainable architectures while mentoring

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in LLMs or agentic AI systems.
• Proven track record building LLM-powered agents interacting with external tools/APIs.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CAMEL, AutoGen).
• Leadership in AI productization, AI-native UIs, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience with AI prompts, model deployment, or fine-tuning LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of AI features in Chamberlain products.
• Architect and build agentic AI systems using LLMs, RAG, tool integration, and orchestration.
• Develop pipelines with LangChain, LangGraph, CAMEL; enable contextual conversations and task execution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI research to ensure scalable deployment.
• Mentor engineers on AI-native patterns, architecture, and production-readiness.
