AdsGency AI located in San Francisco is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to build AI-driven systems for ad automation. You will be pivotal in designing and scaling architecture that supports multi-agent ad operations while directly collaborating with founders and senior engineers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in backend development with Python and FastAPI. This role offers competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing AI startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or systems design.
• Deep proficiency in backend engineering (Python, FastAPI).
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, data models, and service orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build orchestration layer for multi-agent communication.
• Design and scale APIs for campaigns and agent workflows.
• Architect real-time data systems for campaign performance.
