Job summary

AdsGency AI is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff in San Francisco to help build an AI-driven infrastructure that redefines advertising automation. In this role, you'll design and architect systems that utilize multi-agent technology, working closely with founders and engineers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of software engineering experience, strong backend engineering skills, and an ability to design scalable solutions. Competitive salary and equity offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or systems design.
• Prior work in early-stage startups or as founding engineer.
• Deep proficiency in backend engineering (Python, FastAPI).
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, data models, and service orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and scale systems that orchestrate multi-agent ad automation.
• Build the orchestration layer that enables multi-agent communication for ad operations.
• Design and scale APIs powering campaigns and agent workflows.
• Architect real-time data systems tracking campaign performance and user behavior.
