Trustly, Inc. is seeking a Staff AI Enablement Security Engineer to secure Claude, MCP implementations, and agentic AI tooling across Trustly's AI transformation. You will define security standards, assess risk, and build tooling to enable fast AI development without compromising safety.

In this hybrid San Francisco role, you will partner with the AI Enablement team, conduct threat modeling, review architectures, and stay at the forefront of AI security research and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of security engineering experience.
• 2–3 years focused on AI/ML security, LLM security, or security for data-intensive systems.
• Strong fundamentals in threat modeling, secure design reviews, and security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own security assessment and risk management for Trustly's AI and LLM systems.
• Define and implement security controls, access governance, and monitoring for AI systems.
