Qualifications

Substantial research background in ML/AI systems and related fields.
Proven leadership in technical research programs and projects.
Experience designing rigorous, reproducible experiments.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations into frontier AI systems across domains.
Design experiments, prototypes, tooling, and evaluation frameworks.
Build and operate RL environments for agents and workflows.
Translate findings into scalable product and platform improvements.
Contribute to the research community via publications and open-source work.
Maintain rigorous experimentation, data quality, and reproducibility.
