We are a rapidly growing Series-B SaaS product company looking for a hands-on engineering leader to join our team. Your role will be to enhance our applications and product suite by integrating advanced AI features.

We are looking for an exceptional engineer that can blend product oriented software engineering with AI/ML engineering. You are someone with a track record of designing, developing, and deploying use facing products with the AI/ML expertise to AI driven features into our product suite.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design AI-Driven features that enhance our product suite
• Implement a robust framework for integrating AI insights into our existing platforms
• Define AI technical strategy and coach engineers to help grow their skills in AI / ML
• Make decisions around which LLMs to integrate, whether or not they require fine-tuning, and engineer them into our platform
• Collaborate cross-functional with c-suite leadership, product, and ML teams

Technical Skills:

• B.S. (M.S. and above is preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of industry experience (Preferably 1+ at an early stage start-up environment or at minimum working 0-1 on a new product at a larger organization)
• Experience in AI product development, specifically building and shipping features in the NLP/LLM space at scale
• Experience working with multi cloud systems
• Experience with Node, Typescript, React, PostgreSQL
