Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale systems.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered features, preferably with LLMs.
• Strong system design skills and ambiguity tolerance.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience with production concerns for AI/ML systems (latency, monitoring, guardrails).
• Excellent communication with both engineers and non-technical partners.
• Bs or Ms in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture and deliver Financial Assistant capabilities; set technical direction.
• Lead cross-team initiatives from problem statements to production launch.
• Write and review production code; establish reusable patterns.
• Establish best practices for building with LLMs: prompts, latency, costs, guardrails.
• Collaborate with product/design and data science for roadmaps and model serving.
• Identify and mitigate reliability, performance, and scalability risks; participate in incidents.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and influence technical standards.
