Job summary

Upside is hiring the first engineering hire to build an AI-native platform for our Revenue Operations team. You will deliver a zero-to-one system that enables our go-to-market organizations to operate more efficiently and with measurable business impact.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, you'll be embedded with revenue teams, define architecture, and move from prototype to production as AI capabilities evolve. Independence, clarity, and business-minded communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Staff-level engineering experience with ownership of end-to-end systems.
• Experience building zero-to-one greenfield systems/internal platforms.
• Experience with LLMs and AI APIs in production (prompt design, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Build the first version of an AI-native platform for Upside's go-to-market teams.
• Embed with revenue teams to learn workflows and design systems that change how work gets done.
• Own architectural direction, tools, patterns, and production readiness.
