Remitly in Seattle, WA, is hiring a Staff AI Native Software Engineer to lead AI-driven product development. You build complete applications and basic agents using AI coding agents, translate customer needs into buildable specs, and ship end-to-end solutions.

You will evaluate AI outputs against security, privacy and reliability standards, participate in customer conversations to spot automation opportunities, and document effective prompts and patterns for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI coding agents to build end-to-end applications.
• Ability to design effective prompts and iterate to desired outcomes.
• Strong understanding of frontend, backend, data, and infra for web apps.
