The ideal candidate has proficiency in coding agents, knowledge of multi-service systems architecture, and strong communication skills. Compensation includes a base salary between $180,000 and $225,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with coding agents across complex development scenarios.
• Experience architecting multi-service systems, including complex persistence and integrations.
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade systems spanning multiple internal and third-party backend systems.
• Reverse-engineer and rebuild legacy systems using coding agents.
• Independently conduct customer discovery and synthesize findings into product direction.
