ELLKAY seeks a Director of AIML Engineering to lead a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers. You will own architecture, orchestration of multi-agent workflows, and production-grade AI platforms within healthcare data ecosystems.

Partner with Product and Leadership to translate business goals into scalable technical strategies, ensuring robust, compliant, and observable AI systems in production.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years in software and ML with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with production-grade agentic workflows and LLMs.
• Strong background in MLOps and lifecycle automation.
• Experience designing multi-agent architectures and tool-calling.

Responsibilities

• Define product scope, roadmaps, and multi-agent architectures.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of agentic coordination and data pipelines.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance in healthcare data environments.
• Mentor a high-performing AI/ML engineering team and collaborate with execs.
