Qualifications

• 8+ years of production ML/AI experience.
• BS in CS/Software Engineering; MS/PhD in AI/ML preferred.
• Production expertise: building AI solutions at scale using Python/Java/Go/C#.
• LLM proficiency: prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic workflows.
• System design: distributed systems and microservices for model serving.
• Collaboration: lead technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex customer challenges into robust AI designs.
• Architect, build, and deploy high-performance AI/ML platforms and tools.
• Lead development, evaluation, fine-tuning, and monitoring of production-grade AI/ML models (LLMs, RAG).
• Design CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code for automated deployments.
• Monitor system health, lead incident response, and drive architectural refactoring.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers, conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and prototype new approaches.
