Teradata is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead architecture for enterprise AI platforms, spanning agentic AI, RAG, vector stores, and developer-facing AI systems. You will own end-to-end design decisions and drive the technical strategy across multiple teams.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product and architecture leadership, and help raise the bar for reliability, performance, and governance in AI pipelines.

Competenze

• 8+ years building backend services, distributed systems, or data/AI platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed system design, scalability, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing and operating production systems with SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
