Relativity ODA LLC is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to shape the long-term ML Ops roadmap and lead cross-functional teams across engineering and data science. You will drive the design of scalable training, inference, and monitoring systems while ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-efficient AI capabilities.

You will mentor senior engineers, influence technical strategy, and collaborate with product leadership to deliver high-impact ML platforms across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Formación

• 8+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years in ML/AI or big data.
• 4+ years of technical leadership across teams.
• Experience with Python/Java/Scala in production.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.
• Proven CI/CD for ML workflows (Prefect/Airflow).
• Experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evangelize the multi-year ML Ops roadmap across platform and product.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship across engineering teams.
• Drive design of training, inference, and monitoring systems for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, program, and data science leaders on cross-functional roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging ML Ops technologies and establish engineering standards.
• Champion optimization techniques to improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor senior engineers across the org.
