Job summary

Cobalt is seeking an engineering leader to set the technical direction for production agent systems, including orchestration, memory management, and failure recovery. You will help build and operate shared foundations such as evaluation frameworks, observability, execution controls, and model access with routing and failover.

You will collaborate with security and platform teams to enforce scoped permissions, data isolation, audit trails, and safe execution of tools and code.
