GoodLeap is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our platform with a focus on AI-driven capabilities and robust architecture. You will own end-to-end technical strategy, including embedding LLMs, and contribute from backend services to frontend performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building full-stack applications at scale.
• 2+ years working with AI/ML solutions or LLMs.
• Experience with NodeJS, React and Typescript.
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux or similar).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, secure coding, and responsive design.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
