Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale our platform. You will own significant portions of the stack, from frontend React UIs to backend services, with a strong emphasis on AI strategy and LLM-powered features.

You will mentor engineers, drive cross-functional collaboration with product and design, ensure high performance and security, and help shape the technical direction for new revenue initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with full-stack experience at scale.
• 2+ years working with AI/ML solutions or LLMs.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, React and Typescript.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of large-scale full-stack applications across frontend and backend.
• Architect scalable, secure AI/ML-enabled solutions for Web/Mobile/API surfaces.
• Own end-to-end technical strategy for embedding LLMs and content delivery.
