Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI-powered features or products in production.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and AI models and integration strategies.
• Experience with orchestration of multiple AI models for cohesive UX.
• Experience setting up production-grade observability and logging.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
• 5+ years in backend or full-stack engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features for ClickUp users.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Integrate multiple AI models to deliver personalized experiences.
• Prototype, test, and iterate AI features using user feedback and data.
• Ensure reliability and performance of AI features in production.
• Stay updated on AI research and apply to product roadmap.
• Address AI privacy, security, and compliance considerations.
• Mentor engineers on building AI-powered products.
