Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend and/or full-stack engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and AI models and integration strategies.
• Experience with orchestrating multiple AI models and building scalable AI features.
• Experience with privacy, security, and compliance in AI.
• Proven ability to translate product requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to identify AI opportunities.
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLMs to deliver personalized experiences.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on AI features using user feedback.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI features in production.
• Stay current with AI research to inform the product roadmap.
• Mentor other engineers in building AI-powered products.
