Qualifikationen

• Experience designing production AI systems and data pipelines.
• Hands-on coding with Python/SQL in large-scale data platforms.
• Ability to own observability, evaluation, and performance of AI systems.

Aufgaben

• Write and ship production AI code daily.
• Develop fast customer context retrieval across semantic retrieval and knowledge graphs.
• Build inference and signal layers over data lakehouse (Iceberg).
• Turn signals into actionable workflows with human review when needed.
• Manage inference cost and select appropriate tool for workload.
• Own evaluation and observability of AI systems.
• Set patterns for teams to replicate and align with business goals.
