Job summary

HYVE Solutions designs and delivers industry-leading data center platforms for the world’s largest Cloud and AI infrastructure providers. As a Staff Engineer on the AI and Compute Server Design team, you will own the end-to-end hardware design of next-generation GPU and compute servers and help build the platforms that power the next generation of AI infrastructure.

The role requires leading board- and system-level hardware design, translating requirements into architecture, driving EVT/DVT/PVT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hardware design experience with ownership of high-performance server or GPU/accelerator designs.
• Direct experience with Hyperscalers or large cloud providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead board- and system-level hardware design, including power delivery, high-speed signaling, and management subsystems.
• Translate requirements into architecture by partnering with Hyperscalers on system-level specs and platform architectures.
• Drive full product lifecycle execution through EVT, DVT, and PVT with SI/PI analysis and design reviews.
