Job summary

Hyve Solutions is expanding its US-based design and engineering capability to support rapid growth in AI infrastructure for hyperscalers.

The Senior Hardware Engineering Manager – AI Systems leads a multidisciplinary team of hardware engineers spanning board design, SI/PI, thermal, power delivery, and firmware, and is accountable for the day-to-day execution of next-generation GPU and compute server platforms from architecture through high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years hardware engineering experience, including 3+ years managing hardware engineers with hiring and performance responsibility.
• Technical breadth across board design, high-speed interfaces, power delivery, thermal design, and firmware.
• Experience owning multiple platform programs through EVT, DVT, and PVT, including scheduling and risk management.
• Leadership in attracting and developing engineering talent; strong communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary hardware team across board design, SI/PI, thermal, power delivery, and firmware.
• Drive GPU and compute server platform programs from architecture to mass production.
• Provide hands-on technical direction and oversee design trade-offs and root-cause debug.
• Run design reviews and ensure quality gates per Hyve's framework.
• Engage with hyperscaler counterparts and coordinate cross-geo collaboration for manufacturability and scale.
• Support production ramp, datacenter deployment, and issue triage.
