You will collaborate across hardware and software teams to optimize graph transformations, codegen, quantization, and memory planning, while driving validation and tooling improvements.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Deep experience building AI compilers, accelerator backends, or graph optimizers.
• Strong knowledge of AI inference workloads and model architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own design, implementation, and evolution of an AI compiler toolchain for Renesas SoCs.
• Pioneer graph transformations, lowering, scheduling, and codegen for CPUs and accelerators.
• Build deep integrations with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX).
• Advance quantization, fusion, memory planning, and layout transformations.
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to align silicon and code.
