Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for AI Applications in the US. You will own end-to-end AI products that power Moloco's advertising platforms, focusing on generative AI workflows, safety rails, and scalable infrastructure.

You will design cross-team architectures, mentor senior engineers, and push for platform-level improvements such as key management, hosting for AI apps, and governance around AI usage. This is a high-impact role with greenfield opportunities across Moloco's AI stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with cross-functional systems.
• Experience architecting LLM-powered applications at production scale including agentic systems or RAG.
• Proven ability to design evaluation/monitoring for AI products and set engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI Applications products from problem identification to launch and operations.
• Design and enforce architecture, standards, and shared infra for autonomous teams.
• Lead technical direction, mentor senior engineers, and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Redesign critical workflows around AI to improve internal and customer experiences.
