About the Role
We are currently seeking a Staff Advanced Quality Engineer to join the team supporting New Product Introduction and Transition into Production in our Relay Plant in Fairview, NC. This is an opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about ensuring the future growth of our Relay business and emphasize TE’s core values of integrity, innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
In this role you will ensure all deliverables are met through the TE New Product Stage Gate process with an emphasis on following AS9145 and AS9115. This role ensures that both hardware and software lifecycle activities, from planning and requirements through verification, validation, release, maintenance, and configuration management, conform to aerospace quality expectations for safety, security, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $120,300- $150,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
