Citizens Church is seeking a Staff & Administration Manager to lead HR, operations, and ministry support, strengthening systems and teams to sustain our mission to Enjoy God, Love People, and Make Disciples. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail‑oriented, and capable of partnering with church leadership to deliver compliant policies, effective onboarding, payroll, benefits, and events.

This full‑time, salaried role offers collaborative leadership and opportunities to shape church operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, operations, or administration.
• Experience managing payroll, employee records, benefits, and HR systems.
• Knowledge of employment compliance and organizational processes.
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the administration team, establishing priorities and service standards.
• Oversee office operations, ministry support, and administrative systems.
• Partner with church leadership to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, job descriptions, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
